Our goal is to provide a straightforward and efficient way to handle usage-based solutions through prepayment. Prepay.dev connects directly to your payment solution (Stripe, Adyen, Chargebee, etc.), so your customer's money stays always in your domain. We just make sure that your customer's balance stays always accurate and updated.

How Does it Work?

The process is simple and intuitive, for example if you are using Stripe:

1. Connect your Stripe account.

2. Create a Balance Account for your customer and link it to any existing Stripe customers.

3. Add Funds to this client balance account, which will trigger a payment through your Stripe account.

4. Register Client Usage: Record the usage of your services, which will be deducted from the existing balance in the client's account.

5. Configure each balance account individually to follow specific rules, like auto-recharge. So that your customers can ensure they will always have funds to cover the usage.
